I had sales of stock in previous years but not 2022.  I still own stock.  How do I report zero transactions on this return?

You do not report zero transactions. You report sales of stock made during the tax year in which they occur.

If you had no investment sales in 2022 then there is nothing you need to enter on your 2022 tax return concerning investments.
