How to edit property type from royalty to rental income? I choice royalty income for my rental house, when I find this mistake, I couldn't change back.

When I try to edit the property type, only options of "oil and gas income" "other intangible", "standing timber" etc. can be found, I don't want to delete the records of my rental house, because I worry it will lost previous data.

Work through the property profile section and change it there. OVerall though, if you've already completed the section as royalty income, I'm not sure that will work. I'm fairly confident you will have to delete the property entirely and re-enter it anew.
