I worked with a rental realtor who helped finding my first tenant for my rental property and she took a commission/fee of 100% of first month rent. I maintain the property by myself and I did not have Property Management contract with that realtor. In TurboTax's Schedule E questionnaire, I should enter this as "Management Fees" or "Commissions"?
