How to know if I have california withholding on 1099B and 1099-DIV?

If there's any California state withholding on these forms, they'll appear as explained below.

Form 1099-DIV boxes 12 through 14 would indicate any state income tax information.  Box 12 shows the state, Box 13 shows State Identification Number, and Box 14 shows State Tax Withheld.

Form 1099-B boxes 14 through 16 indicate any state income tax information.  Box 14 shows the state, Box 15 shows the State Identification Number, and Box 16 shows State Tax Withheld.

Where do I enter the tax withholding for state of CA - tax withholding is reported on my 1099-B from the sale of muni bonds.

When you enter the sale in the program simply click on the box that says 

 
 
I have other boxes on my 1099‑B to enter
 
and the option to enter the state/fed withholding will be presented.
