I know my Rental Depreciation already. How do I input manually?

You cannot enter rental property depreciation manually using the online editions. In the Rental section all you need to do is enter the property as an Asset. You will be asked for the FMV or the purchase price of the asset, whichever is less, and the date the asset was placed in service. You will also be asked for all the prior depreciation taken on the Asset. The software will then calculate the depreciation for the current tax year and enter that amount on Schedule E for the property.
