Received a small dividend on stock we have via employee stock ownership plan. They are stocks on the French stock market, not US.

The IRS does require that you report all income, even if you haven't received a tax form.  You can enter your foreign dividends in the Less Common Income section of Income & Expenses:

    1. Open TurboTax
    2. Select the dropdown next to Income & Expenses
    3. Select Start, Pick up where you left off, or Review/Edit
    4. Scroll down to Less Common Income at the bottom. Expand the section by selecting the down arrow.
    5. Select Start or Revisit to the right of Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C.
    6. Select Start or Revisit to the right of Other reportable income.
    7. Enter "Dividend - No Form" as the description and the dollar amount.
    8. Select Continue, then Done.
