Sale of rental property?

    You'll go to the section on rental property in wages and income.  When you go to update it for this year (or create it if this is the first year you have entered it) the system will ask if "any of these situations apply".  The first is that you sold or disposed of the property in 2024.  Your answer is yes you did.  Then the system will ask you all the questions it needs answers for in order to enter the sale on your tax return.
