I accidentally pressed the button say I paid rent in 2020. I did not pay rent but cant figure out how to change it.

I believe you are referring to a possible deduction on your state return. In order to return to that screen to make the correction about paying the rent, here are the steps:

In TurboTax online,

• After sign into your account, select Pick up where you left off
• In the left, select State
• Next screen, select Your state and Edit 
• Follow prompts until you see the question

Paying rent to live in an apartment or other place of personal residence is not deductible on your Federal Tax Return.  It might qualify for a deduction on your State Tax Return.  Every state set of rules is different.  To verify with on your state website, click here: States
