Question

I am a Canadian with a rental property in the US so I file a 1040NR plus schedule 1. I do this manually today and would like to go electronic. what do you offer?

Unfortunately we have nothing to offer. TurboTax does not support Form 1040-NR. You cannot use TurboTax to file your U.S. tax return.


TurboTax has a partnership with Sprintax to prepare a Form 1040-NR for international students, scholars, and non-resident foreign professionals who work in the United States, but that would not work for your situation.
