Yes, you can file with TurboTax.

You are considered as a US resident for tax purposes by meeting the Substantial Presence Test.  You can file a Form 1040 for your 2017 taxes to report any rental income and expenses on a Schedule E.

Dec/14, I have already filed 2 years using HR block because I was not confident enough to do it by myself. Thanks for the question.

Why several people mention 1040NR for non-permanent residents? Is that incorrect?
HR Block used 1040, 8582 and 4562. Should I keep on using the same forms? Does TurboTax support all of them? Thank you again.
