Go to the Rental section and select the pencil or update next to rental property Select the pencil or Update next to Rental Property Info Select Edit next to or under Ownership Percentage On the " Do any of these uncommon situations apply" Select We were not the only owners of this rental. Select I owned less than 100% of the property and Enter 1% in the drop down On the next screen " Want us to divide expenses for you?" Select No* note users may have slightly different navigation steps depending on which program they are using
