I am trying and enter rental expenses. It let me enter the first one Real Estate Taxes but when entering the others they just revert back to zero after pressing enter.

This is a rental that was converted to my primary in November and I indicated that and it did prorate the Real Estates Taxes (nice) but I can not get the others to stick after entering them as they revert back to zero. I believe this is a bug.

In the Property Profile, indicate 0 for Personal Use Days (this is referring to the period during which it was a rental). Also, that it was 'rented all year' (again, referring to the period it was designated as a rental).

In the Assets/Depreciation section, indicate that you used the asset (rental house) 100% for business after it was placed in service.
