Question

I can't proceed with my Cert of Rent Paid entry because TT wants only alphanumeric characters. I've deleted the hypens but it won't accept the correction.

When preparing to actually file my taxes and finish up, TT says it found an error I need to correct. I corrected the issue by removing hyphens and hit continue but TT finds the same error over and over again.

Try deleting the Certificate of Rent Paid and re-entering it. See: How do I delete forms in TurboTax Online? See if there are any associated forms or worksheets, and delete them as well.
