Question

I created an LLC for my short term rental and input the information into the small business section. Do I put it in the rental section instead? Seems to fit better.

Do I file under the small business section or in the rental section for income and expenses?

In the rental section, unless you are a real estate dealer holding the property to resell to customers (highly unlikely) or you provide substantial services to your tenants (such as maid service).
