Question
I did not get a 1099B from a foreign broker. I entered a summary but no way to enter the broker name. Did I miss anything ? Will I need to send any document to IRS ?
As suggested here to enter a summary if one did not get a 1099B. All these are short sales and some probably wash sale but not provided by broker. After entering this it appears without a name as it did not ask me to provide broker name nor account. Is this going to be an issue ?
