Question

I didn't have rental income in 2023 but Turbo Tax has entered -$4159 without any input from me. Why ?

I stopped renting my property in 2022 and did not have any rental income in 2023 so i don't understand where Turbo tax has come up with the amount of -$4159.00 ?

Maybe you had a loss carryover from a previous year?

You would still be generating depreciation on the building.
