I don't understand what Rental Properties and Royalties are? We own a house that we are lettting my son & family live in & they pay mortgage, etc. We make no money on it.

This is not to be included in the Rents and Royalties section. 

It is only considered rental property if you and family live in the property less than 14 days or 10% of the year.
