I entered $753 expenses for my rental space but only $251 showing on summary. Why the big difference?

the expenses are for utilities, supplies, tax filing, insurance, real estate tax, mortgage interest

If you did not rent the entire property or for the entire year, Turbo Tax will prorate the deductions accordingly.
