Question

I filed in March 3rd with turbo tax it was accepted that same night I had to wait this long still and things hard rent wise can I still get advance from turbo tax?

After  filing I waited the 21 days got a letter asking me to fax all my paperwork I did that now they said I have to wait 10 weeks after they receive the fax it's been seven and a half weeks

No you cannot get an advance or loan after filing the return.  You just have to wait for the IRS to release the refund.
