Question

I have a 25% ownership timeshare which I attempt to rent through a rental agent. Why is TurboTax is not letting me complete a schedule E to deduct expenses as in past?

I have received a 1099-Misc for the income. I do pay management fees, HOA fees, taxes, etc. I have had loss carryover from past years.

In TurboTax go to Wages and Income

Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E)

Add your property
Add Income

Add your 1099-MISC

Add Expenses - Management Fees
