I have attempted several times to connect my American Century investment account to TurboTax for my 1099-DIV but it keeps telling me to review and makes me start over

I have attempted connecting with the automatic connection, which it said was approved, but then it goes back to the page and says everything still needs review. So then I attempted to upload the PDF files and it is still not working. I think there is a system error.
