I have dividends and capital gains from 2024 that occur very unevenly. Where/how does Turbo Tax account for this?

I'm in PA. Last year, dividends and capital gains were positive for quarters 1, 2, and 4, but were negative for quarter 3. How do I enter this in Turbo Tax?
