I bought Turbo Tax Business but it is not letting me add more than one LLC.
I have multiple LLCs, one for each rental unit. How do i prepare the return. Can i use the same software copy to file return for my multiple LLCs.

Yes, you can prepare as many returns (for the LLCs) as you need. Simply start a new return for each LLC.
I am presuming that the LLCs are multi-member LLCs.
