You can enter the investment sales in TurboTax as though you had the Form 1099-B if you are sure you have the correct information as it pertains to acquisition date, sale date, type of investment sale, cost basis and proceeds. It would be better to wait until you receive the Form 1099-B though. They are known to be issued late so you may just need to wait until they are available from your broker.
Follow these steps to enter the sale in TurboTax:
1. Navigate to Investment Income in the Wages and Income section of TurboTax
2. Choose the Stocks, Cryptocurrency, ... option
3. Skip the Import option
4. Enter the Form 1099-B information as if you had received it
