Question

I have two vacation rentals, one of which has a profit, and the other a loss. TT is not including the profitable one on form 8582. How do I make it?

Only the one that had a loss is showing. Wouldn't the loss on one offset the profit on the other?

Did you use that for personal use for at least 14 days?

 

Depending on the length of stay and Material Participation, perhaps neither one should be on 8582.  But unfortunately, I don't think that TurboTax handles that situation.
