Question

I have very little invested in stocks. (Definitional not more than $ 1,000.00. I did not receive a 3921 Form so I m not sure what to do know?

You do not need to report your investments until they are sold.  When you sell them, you will receive a 1099-B (in January or February of the following year) and that gets reported on your tax return.
