Question

I live in TX and own a rental house in VA. A property manager is paid to oversee maintenance and collection of rent. Do I list the LLC as operator or myself?

On the question in the Business and Expense section:  The question is "Is this business operated as a single member LLC, and if so list the name and EIN.  This is simply money I receive from my only investment property.

Can you clarify if the LLC is a single-member LLC?
