I lived in my house for 365 days in 2020 and i rented out a room for 90 days in my house while i lived there it will not let me enter 90 day rented and 365 days for use

You have to consider the room that was rented as a separate entity, not part of your house.  

The question is really asking you if you used the rented portion of the house for personal purposes.  If it was rented for 90 days, then presumably you did not use that space for personal purposes during that 90 days.  At most, you only used it personally for the rest of the year (366 days - 90 days).  

Also consider whether you considered the rented room a rental property for longer than 90 days.  If you advertised it as available for rent and did not use it for personal purposes, then it may have been a rental property for a longer period of time.
