I'm renting a condo with an outdoor parking spot in a car port. I'm subletting that parking spot to a neighbor for $50 a month. How do I notate that income? Do I put it in Miscellaneous or Schedule E? I have TurboTax Home and Business. Detailed instructions would be appreciated.
