I paid rent for 5 months in 2019 and turbo is stating I do not qualify for property tax refund. I made less than $60,000 last year. why

state is MN

The credit is for year round residents, so you would have needed to pay rent for 12 months.

It doesn't need to be at the same place, just in the same state.
