Question

I placed rental income and rental expenses on Schedule E. Net is 0. Keeps asking me to recheck Line 4 (royalties) even when I put 0 it says needs review

    If there is a zero in the box/line for Royalties and you're reporting Rental activity, you need to go back to your rental income form and delete the zero.
