I rented for 11 months before I bought a house. Where do I enter my rent paid without heat in my Wisconsin filing?

Yes, your payment of rent without heat is used to calculate the School Property Tax Credit for your Wisconsin (WI) tax returns.  In your WI state interview, you can Edit the "Credits and Taxes" section. Continue through the interview pages and you will find the School Property Tax Credit page which has the boxes to enter rent payments as applicable.
