I rented from 2 different apartments

So I rented from a place for about 6 months then moved how do I put in the 2nd place?

    Are you reporting these rentals on a state tax return?  What state are you preparing?

    I’m from WI and I don’t know if I do the one I rented the most from or if I can do both places because I started one in like March of last year and still paid another place from January to June.

    If you had two landlords, you should receive a rent certificate from each landlord.

     

    The landlord completes the rent certificate.  Or you can complete the form and ask the landlord to sign it.

    If you mail your Wisconsin tax return, you will attach your rent certificate to your return.

     

    If you are e-filing, you will mail your rent certificate with Form W-RA to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.
