I took 4 woman on a retreat. Am I allowed to deduct the entire cost of the home I rented for this?

I am a Health Coach and Yoga Instructor.  I took a group of woman (who paid me and I put that in my income) to Hilton Head Island.  Can I deduct the cost of the home where we stay 100%?
