If that $1900 was self-employment income you are required to file a tax return.   If it was on a W-2, you only need to file if tax was withheld and you have amounts in boxes 2 or 17 of your W-2.  Which was it---self-employment or W-2?

Yeah is my W-2 I work for the company and that’s what I make on the year of 2023

If the wages on your W-2 is all your income in 2023, then you're not required to file a tax return. But if you have withheld taxes, you can file a tax return to get a refund of these taxes.
