If I have information in the stocks, mutual funds, bonds, other income section but when I click Done it still says Not Started what should I do?

It's not unusual to see Not Started on a topic if the prior entries came from imports. It's nothing to worry about and it does not mean the imported information is missing, just that entries were made in a manner that did not require manually clicking on subtopics in the menu.

You can verify that the information is in your return by looking at the income lines in your 1040. Click on Tools on the left, choose to see your Tax Summary. Once the Tax Summary is up, you can choose to look at your 1040 on the left again.
