If I have rental income from california rental property and live in North Carolina but am a resident of Nevada where do I pay state taxes if active military?

    If Home of Record in NV, then military pay goes to NV which has no state income tax.

    The rental is non military income and is taxed by CA. 

    And if no income outside service is from NC, then nothing there.
