Question

If the prompt asks me how many days a rental property was rented versus how much was personal use, what is the answer if it was available to rent for the entire year?

My renter moved out in November and the property was vacant for the remainder of the year. The property was available to rent though. Does any of this time then need to be counted as personal use?

    No, don't enter any personal days if you didn't live in the property after it was available for rental.
