I tried repeatedly to import my Fidelity brokerage tax information ...it would take me to the Fidelity website but there was nothing there to enter a user ID or password...it was just register as new
I read somewhere to first do not open turbo tax....then open your browser and sign into your Fidelity account then open turbo tax and go to the brokerage import page...now it will do its thing and import
This is the workaround that worked for me.
