Importing from Schwab

I am using TurboTax premier on my desktop, windows 11.

I have already successfully imported 1099s from Edward Jones.

Schwab documents are available for import according to their website.  When I follow TurboTax's directions, to import from Schwab, I am told TurboTax has my data and I can go back to TurboTax.  TurboTax shows no sign of the import or any data. There is no error message.

I need a fix, as there are far too much data to put in manually.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

    select schwab

    click comtinue

a window opens that says well open a tab in your default browser......

    click ok

    click get your form

    log in

scroll done to check off grant access box'

    continue

    accept

    check off accounts

    continue

    done

you should see  window about connecting to schwab/turbotax

a new window opens where you can select the forms to import

click on the blue icon lower right import now

you should see an import summary if successful.

ins some case you may have to scroll down to get to the proper boxes

contact Schwab for help if you encounter problems

That's exactly what I have done, 3 or 4 times.  The process leads to the "we've got your data and you can go back to TurboTax" message.  But TT shows nothing - not that I've imported from Schwab under import history nor under the dividends, nor under anything else.

The answer was really simple.  Use a different browser.  It worked, but it shouldn't be necessary.
