Imprted forms, but not populating throughout TurboTax

I've imported my forms, they show on the import list, yet when I get to the page, the applications didn't fill in the information and requires me to manually import. This needs fixing as that's why I bought the application.

    If you have already checked to make sure your brokerage or financial institution is a TurobTax 1099 partner and it's still not working, can you try the steps provided below to see if that resolves your issue:

     

    • Log completely out of your TurboTax account
    • Clear cache and delete cookies
    • Then log back in and see if you are still having the same issue
