In Assets/Depreciation section of claiming a rental property does property taxes and insurance premiums need to be listed when they are included in and paid by mortgage

    Yes, they need to be listed as expenses.  Your mortgage payment is not a deduction.  Rather, the expenses and depreciation are all listed separately. Unlike for a primary residence, you will not enter the information in one place from the 1098.
