Question

"Income from rental real estate and income from royalties must be reported as separate properties on Schedule E" even though there is only one entry on each >

plus keep getting errors on sch E to change values of rental days and personal days only to run the check again and then it wants me to remove the values? seems like a software flaw.

Please expand and clarify what you are asking.  Based on your question, it appears you have both rental real estate and receive royalties.  Please elaborate.  Thanks.
