Quickbooks online setup does not give option for Residential Rental Property. One option is Real Estate Agents and Managers - Rentals; however, that doesn’t match my use.

Quickbooks is an ACCOUNTNG program and Turbotax is an INCOME TAX PROGRAM ... the code will not be the same. In QB you have a business that is in the property rental arena and you are technically managing the property. Once you have completed the set up the QB accounts using the quick set up option you can adjust the accounts as needed.
