Is there a way to fix my CSV document for my Cashapp stock investments as row 23 and 43 read "missing data" in the asset amount columns and they read as dividends.

If you can confirm that those transactions are indeed dividends and not stock transactions, then delete those rows from the CSV file and save. Once deleted, you can upload it again.
