Issue with Employee Stock Transaction Worksheet

Hi,

I am working on my taxes and I seem to be running into an issue with the final checks.  It is saying that the "Capital Gain (ls) adjustments/other info ([Sale Description]) -- Employer Stock Worksheet: Line 25. Column (C) cannot be later than the date sold.

I think I entered the information correctly and the date sold is later than the date vested, but I'm not sure where else to check.

Is there a way to see what field it is checking to throw that error?

Thanks!

Jim

I found the answer on another thread. Right click on line 2 in the worksheet. On Windows, select "Override" from the drop down. On Mac, go to the edit menu and select Override.. then put the date in on line 2 and move on!

Looks like I am having the same issue! Here are some more details...

REPLACEDNAMEOFINSTITIION and REPLACEDNAMEOFTRANSACTION are replacements for what I actually put in the worksheet..

    Under the Review Return section

This is the error I get...
    Check This Entry
Form 1099-B Worksheet (REPLACEDNAMEOFINSTUTUTION) — capital gn (ls) adjustments/other info (REPLACEDNAMEOFTRANSACTION) — Employer Stock Worksheet: Line 25. Column (c) can not be later than date sold.

    Line 24. Column (c) 11/30/2020

Looking in the worksheet, colum (g) for the Date Option Exercised is 12/01/20.  So, that should be correct.
Now, on the worksheet.. On the worksheet under Part 1, line 2 Date Shares Sold is blank, and I cannot put anything in the box!

I am also noticing the the worksheet has incorrect information in it. I have two classes of stocks that I sold, and the information from one class of stock is checked off on the work sheet for another. this is incorrect.

I am having another issue with the worksheet.  It is not acknowledging the ESPP shares sold to pay taxes and thinks I have not accounted for that number of shares.  I have checked it 3 times.  How do we report this bug to Intuit?
