Mandatory Reorganization Fee

I was charged a reorganization fee due to stock reverse split.  Can this fee be deducted when I do my taxes?

    this is a fee charged by the broker to register the shares after the stock- split. Not all brokers charge these fees, This is an investment expense. For federal tax purposes, it's no longer deductable. some states may allow it
