Michigan Homestead Credit - rental where a service fee is paid instead of real estate taxes, software asks for total fees paid, is this the amount of rent paid?

I am trying to file a homestead credit. The property is a service fee property so I know I can only claim 10% of my rent. When I get to this point in the software it asks for the total fees paid,

    If the fees are considered the rent, then that is what it is asking for.
