Question

My company delisted and stock price went to $0 during blackout period. How do I recover the taxes they took from selling my shares during the blackout period?

Details: Shares vested Dec 1st. Company sold my shares to cover the taxes. I could not sell because of black out period. Then on Dec 23rd, company filed bankruptcy and all employees lost their shares. How do I recover the taxes I paid for income I never had a chance to collect.
