Solved

My stock confirmation groups 3 transactions into one sale whereas my 1099B lists the 3 individually. How do i show cost basis for each transaction if I don't have it?

It's not all that important that you slavishly conform to the 1099-B presentation of the trade.  If you know the correct basis to use for the trade, then simply report the trade as one trade and use the correct basis.  The IRS really doesn't attempt to "match" on a line-by-line basis.  If they did that probably half the income tax returns submitted would pop up as "needing attention."
